1st Level NOC Staff Position

Atjeu Hosting Is Growing! We have a 1st Level NOC Staff Position that is currently open in our North Phoenix data center facility. This is a great opportunity to get the hands on experience that you need and potentially advance in a solid, growing company with a proven track record. The position will be responsible for handling incoming help desk tickets, build new servers, load operating systems, reboot servers and the general upkeep and maintenance of our data center (not a call center). We provide on the job training and the potential to advance into our higher level tech positions. Must have a general understanding of computer operating systems and hardware components. Knowledge of the following are a plus: Linux/BSD Operating Systems, Cpanel, Webmin, Apache, Windows Server 2000/2003, SSH, Terminal Services, Network troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting etc.

2nd Level Noc Staff Position

Atjeu Hosting Is Growing and we have a 2nd Level NOC Staff Position that is currently open in our North Phoenix data center facility. This is a great opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise in the web hosting field to work with a solid and growing company. The position will be responsible for handling incoming help desk tickets, build new servers, load operating systems, reboot servers as well as troubleshooting servers in the areas of Windows and Linux server Administration, Control Panels, Apache, DNS, FTP, POP, IMAP etc... Applicant must specialize in at least one area including Linux Security Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Alternal Control Panels (Plesk), Alternate Operating Systems (FreeBSD/Debian etc.).
