         All Blowout Packages come with Blowout level tech support. Blowout level tech support means we will keep your server pinging and connected to the internet, and give you our full dedicated server warranty. However, any tech support beyond keeping your server connected to the internet will be billed at our hourly rate. Reboots are free during normal business hours (M-F 9-5).
